Not quite true. A few months back, I got a Light Hat of Devil Bone mold off a Pirate Minion, regular old mob, on Nightscream Island. I know I'm not the only one, there was a poll recently and I wasn't the only one that said I had.

This I just did the other day...I was 3% from lvl 86, and wanted to level my genie a bit. I have several million SP, so I've been feeding her from there. This time, however, I forgot to click the "use SP" box, and fed her from my xp...30% worth. b:cry

Hm! I haven't noticed any issues with tiger form or skills, and I spent the whole weekend grinding and doing TT. I've noticed more than average lag in places like W Arch, but I attibute that to all the little genies flitting about.

So we figured it out - while it said 225/225, it wasn't 100% repaired. It took 10 coins to fully repair it, and then I was able to decomp with no problems. Silly!

I did this the day before yesterday, and while the mobs were ok, the final boss nuked half my charm, and then killed me when he was almost dead himself. I wouldn't try it again without a cleric.
