Define "abusing purposes"? 3 toons gives you a tank, healer, and dd - the holy trinity - which allows you to "solo" stuff in a reasonable time frame. Personally, I don't think that's abuse, but I'm pretty sure that others do (based on their posts). So what's the magic number for you?

Seriously. Your mom needs to step back from the computer. It's not healthy.
-
No. Swordsman's kills don't count for you.

New limit of 2 accounts logged in at a time. I'm guessing you had all four logged in at once? If so, that's your answer.
-
I doubt they even know. Even if they did have a plan, they probably wouldn't tell us - whatever method they'd use for determining can probably be defeated, so pinpointing the specifics would be counterproductive. Seriously, I hope you're exaggerating for effect here, because anyone whose sanity depends on playing PWI…

I guarantee it'll go on sale the day after you pay full boat for one.

Please define for us exactly what *you* mean by a nostalgia server. To which exact point in the game's evolution do you want to revert (game version number if possible). Keeping in mind that the server would most likely stay at that point until they shut it down - no development, no new content, no bug fixes, no changes. I…

This. Sony actually tried it twice. First was a relative success (from the point of view of players that actually played on it long term) *only* because it "caught up" with the rest of the servers in terms of expansions rather quickly. Even the private servers that tried to replicate the original game couldn't buy a crowd.…

And when those big news corporations/political parties do their polling, they go out of their way to solicit opinions from a representative sample of the entire population. They don't simply post a poll and wait for people to come to them. Any poll posted in this forum is equivalent to a newspaper polling only the people…

Come to Vegas, please. We need more people like you. Gaming revenue is down, so our wonderful legislature is starting to talk Personal Income Tax again... I prefer them taxing people who are bad at math.
-
You're probably right. A couple of thousand people would probably go start a toon on the new server. Then, after a month or so (depending on how much the nostalgia *really* means to them), the server would be a ghost town after people realize how much they've come to depend on everything available in the game now. Then, if…

Hmmmm. Sounds like someone opened a bunch of packs and got nothing but tokens...

Per Frankie, it's "Ban first, ask later". This is one of the things that has people complaining about the way the new rule was implemented. Whether or not you agree that two is the proper number to allow, banning first is almost always the wrong way to handle it.

So you need the bonus zen? Really? And if you don't get the bonus zen the world as we know it ceases to exist?
-
These things So, all of the countless other users of this forum combined to complain more than you personally. And you consider that an accomplishment. Okay. I've yet to see a reasonable argument advanced as to why a two account limit is a good thing. In fact, even PWI staff have yet to do so. I have, however, seen…
-
Well good for you. But it'd probably be the first thing I've seen that you didn't complain about, so... call me unconvinced.

Only thing I care to respond to at this point is that I don't think I've seen a single post complaining about them adding the multi-clienting. The only complaint I've seen in this thread is the 2-account restriction. Oh, and a bunch of self-absorbed *******s saying "I'm fine with two accounts, so nobody should have more…
-
Nobody *wants* to use them. They're available for people who have no other option. Besides, to paraphrase you from another thread, Nobody needs more than four options to get the bonus Zen...

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and assume you don't realize that the change gave to some people and took away from others. The alternative is to presume that you are, indeed a spoiled brat, with an "I got what I want, so **** everyone else" attitude. I applaud the change that allows us to multi-client…
-
The complaining comes from having the rug pulled out from under people, particularly couple with a complete change in what the GMs/Mods have been telling folks all along ("If you want to multi-box, use separate computers, and we won't enforce any limits on the number you can have as long as it's not excessive"). Imagine,…

Short, non-technical answer, the more coins that are currently in the game, the more stuff tends to cost in player-player transactions.
-
You've heard of money-laundering? That's done in a coin sink.

As far as they're concerned, you stole $40 from them. Now you want them to move quickly because you say it was all an innocent mistake? You may have already corrected the problem with PayPal, but... 1. PayPal may not have transferred the funds to PWE yet, 2. If they have, PWE Billing may not yet have notified the Customer…
-
Seems to me that your issue is with Paypal... Sounds like PWE is telling you to fix your Paypal problem and they'll unban you. As far as PWE is concerned, you bought gold, spent it, then cancelled the payment.... and you wonder why they won't let you continue playing?

I didn't say that the cases are predetermined. Simply that the syndi-court judges are free to interpret the law as and how they wish. They are not bound (or possibly even influenced) by precedent. Any "pre-determination" comes more from the choice of which disputes to televise. These shows are *designed* to look and feel…

Perhaps a paper by the ABA will be more convincing than I: Or perhaps you just want to believe everything you see on TV.
-
They have the freedom to interpret the law however they wish, they are not bound by case law, and they edit the shows to match the rulings that give the best entertainment value. But sure, they are "real".
-
As I said: In other words, they may look and feel a bit like a real courtroom/trial, they have different aims, different goals, different rules, and (mostly) different results. But sure, other than that the two are identical:) "Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play?"
