When you have a tameable creature targeted, you'll see a little Green/Yellow/Red face in the lower left corner of their info box (Health bars etc). Do your Spiritual Cultivation (If you can't find it, hit Q then hit Find Quest and find it in that list). Once you do that, you'll be able to train it at any Venomancer skill trainer.
