Hey man dunno if this will help but you could give this a try http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1013601 also what did the errors say, this will help to fix the problem faster, you shouldn't need to redownload the patch- everything should be fine in terms of the data, unless you've gone and messed around…
