It's already been answered plenty of times, but whoever gets 50% damage on the mob gets it. I've only had people ks me twice (mabe) but that's probably because I like to avoid conflict where I can, and will pull off of a mob even if I clearly began attacking it some time ago. I mean, heck, it's a game, if you get pissed…
