I was having the samn problems too, waited for a week lol. Now im lvl 19 with reputation of 49 and travel alot of places and still nothing from that NPC. Thank for that link above, it really helped. :)

I have been playing for almost a week, still couldnt find out how to increase in ranks so i can learn new class skills. I have done alot of quests with a reputation of 49 and travel to Lost City, 4-5 minor village for teleport. So wasnt sure what else to do, can someone help?

Should last along time, just hope the war over there between North and South Koreas doesnt kick in, if it does, Chineses might join the North since they are Communish.
