I'm having the same issue, after maintenance the game was running fine, then I went out, came back, now I'm getting the timer. The client is being verified as I type this, let's hope it's solved. Cheers~

It is not an 'issue' per say, it is more a timed/scheduled/pre-planned mode of action. It's just your bad luck that you decided to start now, so just be a bit more patient. Cheers~
