I would be unfairly, BUT HAPPILY, punished as i logged to find the AH cleaned up from almost all legendary items in auction as well as most really useful gear. To re-play 48, or even 72 hours if a rollback desicion comes that late, is no big deal to me and i think it may not be to anyone who actually enjoys playing.

NO way, DO NOT count me among your "WE"s. It's your fault for either exploiting a bug instead of reporting it as the ToS states it should be done. Also, it is a shame that it's not a public lapidation as you state. It should be.
