• You can also kill anyone you want that is above 30. In a PVE server you cant kill anyone you want to. Only people who have turned PK on. And in a PK server you can get drops from killing people

• Heaven's Tear is EXTREMELY crowded! In PVP everyone is able to be killed at level 30 whereas in a PVE server you can choose if you want to PK/be PKed or not
