It's the same font used by the asian PW and some pirates ones, like a chinese font I saw it on several expansions (since 2010, I think)

For me took like 25 mins on each pc, seemed like if was downloaded like 100 MB, but the temp folder reveals it was like 10 MB. For me has always been faster first download then apply the patch manually, launcher still got that option.
