As far as i can tell from Pwdatabase there's another way to get the Wraith Spirits (also Wraith Bones for the lvl 95 gold boots and Wraith Eyes for a cape). Yes, level both of them. They're both really useful and so far i've been killing almost solely on these 2 skills. Decent-high damage and really fast cast.

So far i love it. Pros: The reflect works on magic damage as well, skills so far cast really fast and seem to do pretty high damage (particularly earth spells).
