If you use your teleport skill from that hole, you come back to hole with TP on cooldown. 'Teleport Incense' scrolls are just not working, and you must find some way upwards to the peace zone and there TPs will work. 'Teleport Stone' most likely will not work too, as there's a special NW-only server without a world map.

I have the same problem (not on PWI, but just updated to 1.5.0). No 'constellation', just flashing silhouette and nothing happens when clicking on it. Wine 1.6.0, nothing suspicious in the console output. If somebody found a solution, please post it here
