Dunno, then. Will need to ask someone in that lv range if they can get the quest or not, or it might be related to the faction monolith lv. I completed the quest twice (had an old one already on quest list) and the first time I only got 150 contribution followed by a quest named "Nothing Happened" and well, nothing else…

I'm guessing pretty low. You might get to fight a lv 50 mini boss of sorts, so it can't be that high.

They are for the Strange/Wandering Artist quest from the faction monolith. Just grab it and teleport to the Manor of Justice to start it. The npc will be there now surrounded by small animals!! You will need to collect 6 pieces of an specific kind for a pet and when you deliver it, different things can happen... See what…
