I believe a Proc is a secondary effect that a skill has and the Proc Rate would obviously be the chance to get the proc. Correct me if I'm wrong. :3

Sounds like you hate noobs in NW... But some people don't want to waste hundreds of dollars or more on R9 gear. If you don't like people with inferior gear than you're just going to have to live with it. It is you being greedy so you can get more points. P.S. Im not being mean. I put minimum str, cap vit at 45, and rest on mag. AA gear, mag rings, and protection ornaments. Only 2.8k Hp at lvl 83, but my heals, defensive buffs such as the lvl 79 skills and plume shell make up for that. And I kite well another +. Sometimes takes long to kill someone but ill survive.

And kiting is not a waste of time! How do u think my lvl 83 cleric beats lvl 100 bms and barbs? I KITE! (can only beat those cuz they easy to kite :3) I'll say the best class i've pked on is the cleric, and in a group im like "**** healing I'm gonna kill everyone!", and what happens? well, as said on the first page, any class cn be very deadly if you know how to play ur class, but if i had to say the best i would probably be a cleric. we have heals, kiting abilities, high damage, and defensive buffs. <3 my lvl 79 skills and plume shell
