Well exactly it goes both ways and I know we are on the internet, Im a computer systems technician - Network specialist and they know that it wasn't logged onto on my ip. They think I know nothing and that's where they went wrong. But you're right it, I could not be a nice guy or telling the truth, but that goes both ways.

Well first off, I am a really nice guy and would never do anything to break the agreement. Secondly, If i did do something I would deal with it and not even bother to get my account back because I would know it's my fault. Yeah I guess, just nothing has worked to get my account back and I have been talking to them politely and they not respecting me at all. Thats all, oh well I guess I'll just keep fighting for my account back. Thanks all.

I did send one they are saying lies right to my face, why would they not be honest like what the hell, I really don't understand their motive on me.

I just got an email from them. They told me I am suspended for something, I didn't even do anything. They wouldn't tell me a reason, this is bull. Or even tell me how long of a suspension it was. Im going to complaint about this forever until they tell what i supposably did and unsuspend me asap. This is ridiculous.

Install didn't work :(, and Im from Ottawa, Ontario. I dont know whats going on! It's really random has to be something on their side. I'm going to send in a ticket!
