Just exchange it all into the powder, and use the powder when you want to. It has some good buff potential, and can really help no matter what level you are. The rest of the stuff from the dreamchaser packs you have to sell.

Very strange solution to the Goon Glitch, although it was a fix nevertheless. The APS thing is still a bit confusing. I've seen videos of assassins soloing bosses in instances like FCC and kill them in what looks like 5 hits because they use that red spark. I want to know how it works haha b:cute
