Just about as I finish mq... Hey look it's Val.

I can see seekers having potential to tank, but the main problem will be damage. That may be fixed depending on what sage/demon skills turn out like. I suppose you could always get int gear and try to find a good sword with provoke. If nothing else a 50% permanent amp is nice.

Since from what I've seen no one's gone over skills I'll explain what I can. Fox form: Considering it's the base of the whole class, it'd make sense to keep this as high as you can, and it's always entertaining to have higher def than everybody else, good for preventing wipes as well. Purge: This skill is very handy for…

Are they transferring anni mounts by ticket like they did last year or are we basically forced to pay for an account stash stone?
-
After about an hour trying to get to the site earlier I finally got through and it said the items had been sent to my highest character (this one). I check my mailbox and I get 3 anniversary blessings...

Also I probably don't have to say this but I will. Keep an eye out for equipment that adds to strength, magic, or dex. This will of course reduce the amount of points you need to put into whichever category so you can focus on the others. And if you can afford it, I'd recommend going with legendary/TT equipment when the…

Or if you're a heavy fox and you're the tank (I've done it before) that'll help you keep agro since your skills aren't specifically geared towards holding agro (still I'd spam them).
-
it doesn't auto cast from what I can tell, you have to tell it when to use that skill
-
Fox wallop isn't really something I would consider worth the effort. Befuddling mist is nice though. Amplify damage is a must though for dealing with bosses, if you plan on doing TT or FBs outside of your guild or friends you'll want it at as high a level as you can manage, and even then your guild and friends would be…

That belt...I want now... If only I had time to grind decently. b:cry

But frogs are slimy and golems are big and look potentially mean. Anyways seriously frog is for magic tanking.

Actually, I noticed pet's hits are consistent in damage, not really that difficult of an observation to make at all, just you have to split your hits and the hits from your pet. That is, unless this was changed. And my personal recommendation now is to get a volcanic, there was a time when crystalline had the potential to…

I wouldn't exactly call this build a failure, since you can actually fight with it. It's more or less the type of thing you'd do if you were bored with playing normally.
-
The glitch, if you're talking about what I think you're talking about, makes it so that your air pet doesn't get hit. That's not the same as using an air pet to fight things on the ground, as long as it takes damage. Anyways, I didn't have any trouble at all at the swamp. Just jump so that you're not hurting your damage.
-
That would defeat the purpose a bit, so no.
-
Sadly, I think I did too.
-
Hm wow, didn't expect many (well, anyone for that matter) to build so closely to what I was doing with what I kept hearing about focusing on one "build". I honestly never saw any good in light armor as a fox. You've got to have magic to equip your weapon, and the rest (with the exception of the minimum dex) might as well…
-
If you can lure one of the volcanics away from the mob outside the firecrag grotto entrance you can use blazing scarab and slowly work away its hp while never getting hit. I'm also kind of regretting switching to crystalline (from volcanic) but for the most part, it doesn't matter since the damage reduction from tough…

Either works, and if you're just in need of a water pet I'd recommend just picking one and getting rid of it when you're done, if you're looking for a long time water pet, I'd go with the one with better stats, just be warned that training a water pet will be a lot of effort. Most venos just tame whatever until level 80…

Not true, thanks to my pet (currently main pvp pet is cub) I'm able to tear apart most people I fight. The stun skill is nice but it's the damage added on that really helps. If you think of a fight as one of attrition then you'd know every single hit is crucial, and some are already lost due to accuracy. It's this same…

True, but trolling is trolling, and I already tore apart what he said in the first part.

The fact that something is rare or no longer available from the shop doesn't make it any more or less useful, it just means there's a limit to the amount of people that have it. Also, haven't you learned that function beats form as far as value goes? With something as useful as a herc, being the best tank pet and all, the…

-runs away screaming at the thought of having to kill upwards of 2500 enemies- Though yeah, this build works okay. I did it my first 56 levels before (reluctantly, I didn't, and still don't, really like the way the fox looks over my character) switching to fox build. Basically only serious downside is you're crippling any…

To help with the bear keeping agro problem, let it do some damage to build agro before you start hitting it, or get bash.

Amplify damage is a wonderful skill to have during TT runs. On the bosses, damage gets cut by 75%, it doesn't make up for all of it of course, but on a boss with that much hp, it'll save a good chunk of time. So I'd advise having it as high as possible once 60 rolls around if you plan on doing it.
