yep, sure am...with both accounts too. And 5 other people from my faction are getting the same message. They said the game DC'D them and now they can't get back into their instance because it says 'could not retrieve character list'.

For this specific trial... Once you reset your Faction Base instance...make sure your whole faction stays in the middle once inside. DO NOT go inside the color(elemental) portals. Wait it out.
