You have to be careful what you call "farming coins" Usually Twilight Temple dont drop any valueable amount of coins at all unless you mean the mirage chest, which may dont drop anymore? i would guess that there is a difference between a server account and a pwi account, therefore i strongly believe you get one item per pwi-account per server(as other server is other account?). i think it is that way, by looking at the jolly quest especially.
