I simply don't squad with people I don't like. I mostly make my own squads so getting someone else instead isn't a problem. If I get into a squad with a person I blacklisted I just leave. I clean my blacklist every 4 months.

Sometimes we end up in this kind of squads. I usually try to talk with them and explain or ask someone else to translate what I say (I'm on an European server where some people only speak French or German). If they still act foolishly I kick them or leave (patience has a limit, advantage of making your own squads).

I have been experiencing a lot of lag in the past few days, both on my barb and cleric, ever since the log in issue.

I played FW til lvl cap, which was 70 at that time, but I must say it got really boring and bothersome because of all the dailies at fixed time (God's trial). PWI is a bit more relaxed imo, more grind oriented, while FW is mostly quest oriented (boring, repetitive quests).

BH delta was my favorite because of the coin drops, now ... it doesn't really pay off to do a full delta on barb because of repair costs.
