they could at least insert the modify appearances scroll in my inventory so i can fix it myself.

it is HARDLY only windows vista and 7 because im running windows XP and it still happened to me twice on 2 characters. which i wish the GMs would give me some way to fix.....*cough cough*..... and its not even because of the water it one day just logged in and poof no hair on my char at lchar selection screen.....
