Yea, still not showing up, I see 2 of my 3 chars on HT, but not the one I want to redeem it on. edit: I just noticed something when I was going through my Core, the char I want to redeem it on is not listed there either. Were you using the redeem key on the PWI site or in ARC? Because it won't work if you try to redeem it…

I'm having the same issue, I can see my server, but the character I want to claim it on isn't showing up.
