If you plan on starting fresh, you better be planning on soloing if you plan to play legit. There is not really anyone who actually "plays the game" in the lower levels. There are two different ways you can make Nirvana gear, one way is with specific TT gear, the other way is with specific Lunar Glade gear. The TT gear used will result in Nirv gear that is bound, but the Lunar gear will result in gear that is not bound.
