you have to start with the quest strange monument, go to the forbidden pillar near dreamweaver then talk to Goshki near the pillar and follow that through till you take goshki back to the elder of raging tides and he'll give you the initial coming of age stuff to do in order to receive Warrior's Proof at lvl 51.
