ok cool i know that quest but i haven't seen them run this event in a while, i recall seeing it run and participating in it. it was run at least 2 times a day but i haven't noticed it for some time now, is this event even still run at all?

I agree its not customer service that should get the heat but the developers that should , They gave the OK to release time and time again a glitchy game that they barely fix.
