Broken_Wolf - Sanctuary Arc User

Ok I need some help with this barbarian. I'm lv 19 with: 39 vit, 35 str, 31 dex I've been varying my spread but I've been usually adding 2 or 3 to vit. anything I should change or is he basically a goner?
