  • it says that for lvl 100 dailys at White Emperor Alexander and Liu Soo you need to have completed FINAL SEAL PHASE and MERCENARIES PHASE to respectivly acces them, anyone knows what the hell those are ???!?!?! because i been looking everywhere and cannot figure it out
