this is for debuffs, i know psys don't have any, but I'm not sure about mystics, i do know that they forgot to mention seekers and the debuff from ion spike.

None that I've noticed, did the damage test mob before and after maint and only saw a 50k difference (before was with frenzy, after was without it explaining the difference). I'm assuming the damage is lower on the damage range or you're going after mobs with higher defenses than what you'd remembered the damage on.

Any of the level 92 and 99 skills would be good to learn since they should be cheap right now. Adrenal for level 11boosts it up to 32 (demon also gets 32) so sage is 35 defense levels.
