Technically, MMOs don't die unless the company closes the servers. With PW, I doubt that will happen for a long time. They're apparently very persistent about keeping things running despite endless complaints that have been happening since the beginning. As for players, they keep coming and going (and paying), despite bad…

I'm guessing that your faction already had a lot of internal drama. Someone who didn't like you probably misread your statements and then complained to the boss. Regardless of what happened, it's probably good that you are not in that faction anymore. Just feel good to have seen the truth about how shallow they are and…

I can't find anything either but I can imagine what it means as a sexual reference. Daisy chain + gang bang.

LOL. I don't know where you got that idea about wizards. Their heal skill is great, it doesn't consume a lot of mana, and you can just replenish mana with a pot/powder.
-
The wizard heal skill gives nice HP but it takes time to cast. It's not super quick like some cleric heals. The only pots you'll need are for mana, but you can make a mana powder at the NPC that gives you a +50 regen rate for 10 minutes. (There is also one for health.) The only downside for the mana powder is that it's for…

I saw a documentary on casinos and card counting. If someone can count cards in their head, then it's not illegal at all and just gets aukward looks from the goons. If someone uses a device of some sort (anything outside of the human brain) to count cards, then it's illegal.

This is like the most hillarious thread of all time. I just read the whole thing simply for fun. Thanks for the laughs. b:laugh b:pleased b:chuckle b:victory

Well, there are servers in Japan for PW, but it was developed in and run by a Chinese company named Perfect World.
-
LOL. What's with the Japan questions and why does it matter? Anyway, this game is from China... completely... 100%. The NA version began on Sept. 2, 2008.

Wizards have a heal spell, strong attacks, and are needed. I think Mystics also have heals/buffs, but I've never played one. PvE servers are likely to have less jerks. I like Dreamweaver just fine.

As strange as this may seem, it might be a coincidence. Putting "Lady" in front of a name is very common (assuming that your forum name is the one you're talking about). I usually have a hard time finding names that aren't taken. EDIT: KrittyCat ninja'ed me.
-
LOL, wow. That's rude much. Sorry to hear that.
-
I don't know if you'll get everything you want from one class. Wizards and Barbarians are kinda rare but needed. Wizards do a lot of damage but are not a support class. Clerics can actually put out a lot of damage with their attacks, but you may not get to attack much in squads/parties since they are the primary healers of…

So, you're saying that the fix for the problem is for everyone to CS??? That hardly makes sense. Complaining about benefits of CSing is totally understandable. PW originally didn't have cash equipment at all.
-
The thing to remember about nerfing assassins is that the original Perfect World was designed intentionally with everything nerfed. That was the plan that the original devs had in mind for making the game challenging while balancing things out. The only class that was a little different was Venomancer because their pets…
-
Foxes (veno) are the original solo class. They are crazy easy to play if you go with magic because the pet takes the hits while you throw the magic and do some heals. Archers are tricky to play. You must have a good balance in customizing the character and they tend to eat up your money in low levels. I recommend getting…

For new players, I recommend playing one of the original races that were made for the game (Human, Winged Elf, and Beastkind). The reason is that the developers did a better job back in those days. Of course if you just want to have easy gameplay, the new races are good for that. Also, here's a tip to get you started. It…

I've always been a casual player. I don't care about speed leveling and the drama that entails. I just play for fun. To me, when games stop being fun I lose my reason for even playing them. That's probably why I come and go from PW on occasion. It's fun, but I get tired of playing it.
-
I feel silly for my explanation since it was the Duke. b:chuckle I mostly just waste time in PWI, anyway.
-
You got to 79 and are asking that kind of question on the forums? *Sigh* First of all, naming people on the forums is against the rules. Secondly, he's obviously just a regular player, so why would you ask who he is? How would we know? Third, what he means is that playing this game non-stop will make a person want to quit…

I like your post. You're right, but I think it's even worse than that. Yes, PW does treat their customers like numbers, but the problem is bigger than that. As you said, they didn't even do enough research on their new chat filter to check if it worked right. All they cared about was that the investors would see that the…

If you're just trying to get the anniversary mount, then it should be automatic as long as the character is leveled beyond the newbie stages. I've got two now, since the anniversary mounts were put into the game.

Yes, but that test mostly just relates to the spacial and geometry parts of the vision areas of the brain which are dramatically influenced by the hand that a person prefers to use the most since the parts of the brain that control all of those things are related to how we interact with the outside world. Thus, that test…
-
I think the most important thing with this thread is that it's rather inappropriate to try to place people into one category. Most people apparently use different aspects of both the left and right sides of the brain, regardless of whether the test from the OP is accurate. Most people will likely respond that they fit…

I agree with LenieClarke. That's kinda what I was hoping to point out in my first post. I'm really all over the place on the two lists, if someone actually reads and analyzes all of it.
-
Yeah, in high school, I was extremely left brained. I've expanded my thinking a lot since then. Honestly, I expected more on that list in terms of creativity in PW (for right brained).
-
I'm kinda both. I guess I try to be the best of both sides. Left: 1. Yes 2. No. 3. Yes 4. Yes, but it's been forever since I had to. 5. Yes 6. Yes, but I always find a reason to leave a guild. 7. Yes 8. Yes, but only toward important stuff (like at my job). 9. No. I've lived my life trying to see the big picture. 10. No.…

My best advice is to simply withdraw the pet completely (stow it away). No pet = no attack.

That's like the best paradox ever. That must be how engineering majors end up in Walmart. b:chuckle

Go psychotic and kill your neighbors. Oh, wait: that doesn't actually fix anything. Hmm... Nope. I've got nothin'.
