I sent in my ticket a few minutes ago. I used the in-game screen shot tool. The file was saved in .bmp format. I do not know how to convert the file into jpeg format. I hope this is still acceptable.

I have used the name bigredneck for my fighter's name in 3 different MMO's over 5 years and never had a problem with redneck being a racial slur. I have spent alot of time and effort on my toon. Now, all I can do is sit around and watch everyone else running squads. Since the price of dq and other drops from regular mobs were cut, it costs me too much to solo grind. When is this going to be fixed?
