The Tideborn haven't been released yet. Best guess for release date is sometime in December or January at latest.

The exact same thing is happening to me! I don't know whats causing it, but its making this event, and the game, very difficult to enjoy. b:sad Problem appears to have solved itself, been over 30 min and not gotten dced once, going to enjoy event and hope i don't have this problem again.
