Well getting a scroll is fine but the hairstyle I used to have isnt available anymore :(

I also have the same problem with the hairstyle on my Elf. I sent a ticket but something tells me that i wont get a reply anytime soon. Has anyone had any luck so far?

I use F9. I think i have figured out what im doing wrong. Once i have opend it up with F9 do i then press Prnt Scrn or is there something else i should be pressing?
