A few minutes ago, went to Broken Bridge village to turn in quest: no NPC! And there were absolutely no mobs around town! After mentioning it in WC, peeps kept pm'ing me their own problems: couldn't log off the game (same thing happened to me), couldn't meditate, now there weren't any NPC around the whole map, etc etc.…
