Ya, i dunno about Concept but im sure that LastStand wont defend Kingdom and Kylin at the same time, i think they will only focus on one of them and sacrifice one of their lands.

It will be interesting to see the outcome of the TW between LastStand and Kylin because most of us don't know how strong or weak LastStand has become after the long KOS against CrimDon. Every1 have been putting Kylin as stronger then LS but I just cant see Kylin having a good time on the TW against LastStand.
