I have a lvl 100 cleric, and if you donr have enough HP to not get 1-hit by bosses in TT and FF then you are also useless to the squad. so some HP is important, there is definitely not a formula to follow, you just have to adjust to what you wanna do. Vit is important because sometimes you DO get hit.
