So basically, the time it takes to get a ability off is Casting time + Channeling time...? If so, isn't it kinda redundant to have two cast times other than the fact that channeling time can be reduced? That's how I'm thinking about it right now...I guess I made it more complicated than it should be.

I've seen those catshop things around, but what's the reason behind using a catshop over the AH? If I do end up using a catshop, where would one obtain it?
