You should also watch the fps.The videos fps must be the same in your project when you edit it.When you export it also the fps must be the same. That`s one point, the other one could be the encoding you used. avi kinda lags for youtube as far as i saw. I recommend using QuickTime or .H264

Venorik is that a scenery from Max Payne or i`m wrong ? well...I used fraps wich i regret b:cry. It screwed up my resolution, my friend filmed , maybe thats cuz we don`t either have experience with fraps.But anyways i`m glad it don`t lags. Oh and for the movie After Effects was my babyb:laugh
