Arcrueid - Raging Tide Arc User

QFT. We tried this on LC, didn't end up going anywhere really. Just makes the strongest faction stronger and dissipate the weaker factions as people start hopping around wanting to join the "new kid" on the block.

Assassins will be weak archers (i.e. no high-end spike damage) but with the ability to stealth and gank. Psychics will be extremely difficult to kill with their high refines + self buffs but will be as strong a DD as an end-game BM (i.e. also no high-end spike damage).

Yay for another faction that actually recognizes the significance and power of the rare pet scrolls. If only there existed smart factions on Raging Tide who understood their potential as well b:cry
