Well, I'm not Lyn, but I can tell you that those magic points would be vital in other attributes. So, speaking from experience, you have some choices you need to make. Either you make a new character; or you buy like 10 gold and restat te points. Level 31 only takes a few days anyways.

I've got the points needed to buy an item, but it won't send it to my character. Please fix it?

Personally, I think the first seeker ability is imperative at low levels because it has decent damage and has low requirements to upgrade. I'm going to guess, however, that it's usefulness will cease after 45 or so.
