I've seen that faction name running around and it's DARK~WIND. Don't remember exactly where the ~ is positioned in the faction name but it's in there somewhere, which is probably why you guys are having problems. | v

Okay double-check the stones you have in your inventory (shabby/rough) to the ones asked for in the quest. Other than that idk, sorry :/

If in the quest log it shows that you have each stone needed, maybe make sure that you're visitng the correct Craftsman.

I'm pure dex also and earlier on it was sometimes difficult to keep mobs away using Frost-Normal-Normal-Knockback-Normal til dead. Yes, it's activated by visiting the elder of your race. You're then given a teleport scroll to Dreamweaver Port, where the chain starts.

Might seem expensive but it's worth it. Apo page prices have come down so it's not too bad. You might want to check out how much they're going for on your server and compare it with the cost of making them from tokens. I don't remember how many tokens it takes but you get 5 apo pages from them.
