• So, to repair shattered gear you HAVE to repair it with mirages? I've repaired plenty of broken gear by just going to the NPCs and paying for it

• You have to use mirage stones to upgrade your gear. Talk to the Elder. He has a ''Refine Gear'' option. Click on it, and there should be directions there.
