From level 27+ I've solely grinded on Antelop pups near heavens tear, only breaking off to do my fb29 and some solo fb19 runs. The money you get from hay is fantastic.

@Xelea, not anymore, stashes have lowered the price of X-mas blessing alot, they are at most 1mil to buy. You can farm that in a day at my level.

With wine I soloed it at level 29 with a plain old unupgraded volcanic magmite, this was the elf fb19 so the boss could have less attack than Tromh and Razorjaw. Also I'm pure build, uncharmed. It could be possible at a lower level using two magmites instead of one.
