SweetieBot can you report server status?

I pached from link and when i try to open the game (via launcher or exe file) arc pops out and wants me to install the game. arc and game are in the same folder. i tried registry fix and it did't help. Restarted pc, and still same problem. EDIT. 15 minutes later magically works
