No moderator in any game works for free. They either get fancy gifts, bonuses, free premium items, free monthly paymeny like gold or get payed in cash (WarGaming and some more big companys do that). Now idk what you get but i know u dont waste your time with so many overwhelming problems for free.

When asked about the bans, how many got banned or for how long they will just stay quiet and not inform anyone hoping for everyone to just go ahead and forget it since the new patch seems to be comming out quite soon... Would be great if they put teh x2 event cards and the exp scroll inside ... Other then the Hyper Stones! Kinda sucks all we get atm are those stones which are mostly useless. And for what i know DQ will be changed/removed untill they change it ... So ye :) event cards would be great xD

Well ive had such a problem with my staff when my own "boss" wouldnt allow me to get more ppl in and we found a way to solve it. But idk if what i did would help you guys any ... Not saying its you guys fault but its horribly pathetic =/ . Whoever is in charge should find a way to fix it one way or the other to be honest.

Did you actually try refining any of this you are talking about ? Also with a normal orb you can refine w/e u want ... So comparing a terrible bound copy with the original item is stupid as hell. You dont have ot pay for anything its F2P anyway...
