Hi I'm a level 65 Archer - I have finished FB59 and spiritual cultivation since I am now transcendant. I have two sparks. I go to buy skill Wings of Grace and it is available I have coin I have spirit - asks me to confirm to buy and then says my skill level is too low. What have I not done?? Why can't I get this skill?
