• you need the weapon first , swiftwind crossbow. You have to decompose it to a blacksmith i think.

• well i dont really think it matters since ur only lvl 40..unless ur doing PK. For pk i used the shaman one. But srsly i think u should wait till lvl 70 to get TT gears.

• I just hate the damn cast time of it. Takes 2 much time. Otherwise i think its a good skill with normal attack, does huge amount of dmg.
