I don't know any of the real detail for my comp other than Vista. The white flashy graphic is like as fast as blinking and it's not constant and only takes up a little less than half the top fo my screen. Oh and it happens with my effects turned down too.

Thought I should mention I'm a late night early morning person. I'm on Spring Break this week. I have work from 6:30 till 10/11pm. EDIT: And now I'm going to sleep.
