    not everyone is having the problem so i think theyre not as worried about making it a first priority

    We can confirm that we are already aware of this particular issue. While we understand the need for a fast resolution, some issues require further action from departments outside our control, and cannot be immediately resolved by a GM. Please rest assured that our developers work to resolve all bugs as quickly as possible.

    You're going to have to wait until PWI is aware of it. Unfortunately it's a weekend, with most of the staff not in the office and those that are in the office don't check the forums, and none of the mods (who could alert the staff) have been on since this happened.

    thank you for your reply, it is sad that it takes 15 hours to get a reply after not been able to log in. in that time also people dc and cant get back in the game. last time i was in game and i also dc with the remark my user does not exist, they was hardly anyone left on the server. it is also sad you can not fix problems without help from my guess is china, for a so called log in problem ?
    working on the problem mmmh will we be able to log in again at the next maintenance ?
    maybe its time to go back to world of ******** because blizzard will fix problems promtly i cant ever remember **** like this, and if they was a log in issues blizzard will notify its gamers.
    after just been told pwi is aware of the issues why has nothing been mention on the forum nor pwi facebook hello thats why media is for keep people informed.
    it is not hard to say a few sentence that you aware of the log in issues and not 15 hours later.

    having the same problem too here. it's been hours since my first try to log-in and still not working now. can connect to other servers just fine, but not archo, so it's not my connection that's having an issue.

    i think there is quite number of people having this problem. if that's not a good enough reason to make this as priority, then it's pretty hopeless. there goes all the perks from dailies... b:bye

    It is, but still waiting on GM's official announcement about these many hours to patch up the login function, it is not that hard to contract someone who really knows the job with all the money that users throw in pwi.

    Pwi treats user as if their money dont worth nothing, they made us to lose our sparkling crystals and offered compensation but nothing told bout it, Pwi trying/waiting till users just forget about that, or They maybe giving stupid crappy "5 hypers" compensation. It is not really about what we lose in pwi, IT IS HOW THEY TREAT US.

    IVE ALREADY MISSED ALL 3 OF MY TWs THX TO THIS. AS MUCH MONEY AS PWI MAKES OFF OF US YOU WOULD THINK THEY COULD AFFORD TO HAVE AT LEAST 1 GM MONITORING EACH SERVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
