Logged in, but no event card

I'm on PST, I just logged in on my barb...and no event ticket. I asked in WC, and several people say they got theirs the minute they logged in. So.....?

I have the same issue, no event card on either of my accounts. Used the code fine though, but no event gold not event a direct deposit of it.0

I have logged in and out a few times even full restart of client and verify. 2.5 hours later still no mail.0

I just tested this. I've been waiting for forever for my level 101 wizard to get it in the mail, but she never got it, yet my level 20 stormbringer was able to get it on my other account, and so I went back to the account my 101 wizard was on and logged onto my 97 veno, and still nothing, then, on the same account, I logged onto my level 40 veno, and she finally got the items (the one with the event gold).0 -
If you are over lvl 90 you dont get the mail to the right toon, it sends the mail to a toon below lvl 90, unless ofc you have all over 90 then u get no mail.. RB counts as over lvl 90 also btw0

According to Kitty's tests only non-rb lvl 94 or lower chars can get the event gold-mail(though Kitty's only certain of lvl 92 or lower).[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

That makes no sense at all, but I completely believe it. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that the way they sent these items is related to the way the 95 stones were being given. They, I assume, decided to not give the stone to people above 94. However, this being unrelated, using the same system, has the same "feature" of stopping people above 94 from getting the items.

Clearly just because the announcement says it works a certain way doesnt mean it does. CLEARLY people are NOT getting it but ARE getting it on lower level non RB toons.

your are absolutely correct, it doesn't mean it will work right, I was trying to find out where luna got their information about what lvl account would get the mail

People are testing logging in and results are suggesting that non-RB people 94 and below are receiving the items properly. This is a bug likely carried over from the level 95 stones, where it was a feature.Kernal32.dll error? OK so I tested it. Over 2 hrs on my acct with my SB that is a main level 98 RBI, nothing in the mail. Also first toon I logged in, and relogged in.
Logged into another toon on that acct that is a lvl 28 DB non RB, and within 5 minutes had the mail with the event gold, the S pack, B chests, 10 profundity scrolls.
So it does appear to be level related as to whether or not you get the items.Malice Leader - Raging Tides

Well, they need to fix this. I'm sure many people, like myself, want the items on their mains that are RB. Imo, it's pointless to have it on non-RB toons.

I just logged under 95 level chars that were non rb on two accounts after logging level 100 chars on each of the accounts...the 100 chars didnt get the mail...the under 95 chars did.0 -
I can confirm this too
On main account logged first a 102 rb 2 for 2 or more hours and got nothing
then same toon multiple times and again nothing
then logged a level 100 sin non reborn and nothing
level 77 reborn archer nothing
level 54 non reborn storm bringer got it after a minute b:laugh0 -
Got my info from trying it out, faction members trying it out and it all comes the same, no toon over lvl 90 has got the mail, it has gone to a toon under 90 instead, or you get no mail if you are over lvl 90 and the only toon on the acct (same if you have 8 lvl 90+ toons, no mail)
sucks when i wanted the exp on my RB'd toon b:chuckle
EDIT .. Could be under lvl 95 as Zoner said so maybe up to 94 get it ..sry0 -

Kitty tested this on her various toons and as a result she got that lvl 94 seeker @67% didn't get the mail but lvl 94 barb @29% got the mail. So it's probably limited to something around lvl 94@50% and under.
So, as long as you're at lvl 94@50% or below you should get the mail in about 5 mins from logging on.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

How much more official can it be that a bunch of players have been waiting on mains that are95+ and or RB and nothing, but log into a low level non RB and get it within minutes?
