    I wish when you post updates / maintainance, you would include this info ahead of time.
    And at the bottom, just put a disclaimer that "servers may take longer to boot".
    I wish you would explain if you are going to do anything other than simply restart the servers.

    This does a multitude of things:
    - Informs the players.
    So we know that there is a chance of complications ahead of time.
    So we can see that you are doing something. Lots of player rage / think you guys do nothing.

    - Shows your work
    less raging player posts. (maybe can't gureentee) because player know you are doing something
    Players who need fixes such as these character issues on Dreamweaver could appreciate that you are trying to fix their problems

    Lost Poet seriously truth here man ... its a job for them .. deep down inside they dont really care how they incovience anyone. sure they might smile n say sorry or we are trying but they like most ppl go to work for a pay check, they dont care man the sooner we all realize that they dont care the easier it is to get over it.

    I agree, alto some things can never be foreseen this would be a good approach many players know all this, but many more don't, it would help the new / younger players understand what happens behind the scenes, and shows the long time players you still care as much as we hope you do.
    you all work hard and i think the community would support you more if we could see more transparency and be treated more like adults who understand this stuff vs kids to be told "it will be ready when is ready"

    I'd choose Santa ofcourse! He can fly to anywhere in the world within a small amount of time, he is always in a good mood and he has acces to ANY present you could wish for!

    Also I suppose he has a big supplie of coockies and sweets yumyum ^^

    i disagree, some people might hate the jobs they have to do. but most people especially in this industry do it cause they love it. and i think the majority do care about the players.

    however cold hatred interference and even contempt like you show (intentional or not that's what you show) hurts the people who do care and will turn them into exactly what you think they are,
    a self fulfilling prophecy of sorts.

    admittedly they have made some huge mistakes, and screwed people for the bottom line. but that had a negative effect on the player base community and thus back on them, i have seen them coming back from that. we need to have faith in them, and remember when we say cruel things that they are in fact people to.

    and for all of them who only think of it as a job with a paycheck (few who think only that way if any at all) if they **** the player base, they don't get us spending, they don't get paid, so it still suits them to work to make things better, and us to help and be positive, not negative doom-sayers.

    All servers except Dreamweaver are open now. There is currently no ETA on Dreamweaver, but I will keep you posted as I know more.

    Last week a "maintenance reboot" only was done in 2 hours
